I just bought an 83 944. The previous owner cut the springs to lower it. Not sure what happened to lower the rear. I found a set of springs for an 87. Will they fit? What do I do to raise the rear back up. From what I saw, the rear is held in place by a torsion bar system. Correct me if i'm wrong!
