1989 928 s4 (front wheels stick out)?

I recently purchased a 1989 928 s4, today i tried to put my speedlines on the front and they stuck out more than the rear with the rear having spacers 225 in front 265 in back, I just dont want it to rub and i was planning on lowering it about 2 inches.does anyone know if this is just how 928's are?
