88'' P.Door won''t open and window

Hi Everyone!
                 My 88 is in fairly good conditon and am putting it in the shop next week to get it painted but the passanger side window will not go up and the door will not open. When I try to unlock the door  from the switch in center console it makes sound but does not unlock or lock and on the window the switches from driver and p. side do not work but my driver side window does work. If anyone can help in any way I would greatly appreciate it!!
