'91 Carrea 2 hard to get int first gear

  I have a question for all those with more experiance than me on my recently purchased '91 C 2.  After I have been driving it for a while, it starts to get very difficult to get into first gear.  Is a major repair lurking down the road or can I change to a synthetic fluid to help?  The clutch pedal seems to be fine, and it only happens after it is fully warmed up.

Can someone provide an answer?

I would try swapping your fluid first and see if that helps.  If not, then you are probably looking at a new clutch.

I have noticed that if I push the pedal all the way to the floor really hard, it seems to be better.  The clutch (pressure plate) was supposedly changed out fairly recently.  Is there an adjustment to the pedal?
