924 rear disc swap, possible front upgrade?

This is more of a question for a freind I will be helping out. He has a 79 924 with rear drums, and wants to swap over to rear disc. What exactly do we need, and what is interchangeable from junkyard cars, for this swap and possibly suspension and front brake upgrades. Thanks in advance.
