hello everyone i havent got to introduce my self yet my name is charlie and i am 20 yrs old my father in law gave me his 88 944 its havin problems startin i was just checkin to see if anyone could help he said it was ecu and if so i have a 89 944 ecu that was bought over ebay should i go ahead and buy a new dme relay also i have no idea of what im doin i was raised around small block chevys and v8 mustangs can u help me plzz

how about pulling the existing DME and opening it up and looking for waterdamage or popped solder joints.
