Hi all, my name is Weston.
I''m in the Marine Corps stationed in Camp Pendleton, CA. Being a Marine, my past 3 birthdays have been spend in bootcamp (18), and my 19th in the desert and my 20th in kuwait. So, for my 21st i decided to buy a nice car, and what better to buy than a Porsche
Eventually I found a ''97 Boxster that a former Marine was selling (in debt and kept lowering the price), he started selling it for $15,000 and within 2 months he lowered the price to $9500 =D at which point i grabbed it. Overall it''s in good condition, he had put new tires on it and changed the fluids before he started selling it. I changed the brake pads, but that''s all I''ve done so far. planning on changing out the sound system this weekend though. It does have high miles, only downfall - ~115,000, but he was the 2nd owner and like the owner before him took good care of it. But overall, I''d say it''s a good buy

Welcome. Nice car. Hope you get time to enjoy it, I know sometimes Marines have a lot on their plate.
