Hello,
Just picked up a New 07 Cayman S. Still getting over the sticker shock as this is my first Porsche. I knew what I was getting into and am lucky I have a very supportive wife. What a great car.
One question for the Porsche Doc. I noticed that the first oil change is in two years or 20k miles. This seems like a long time even using Mobil 1. Should I change it more often ? Do you recommend the very first oil change at say 1,000 or shortly after breakin to remove any particles in the oil from break in. I realize there are many thoughts on oil and break in but I very much value your opinion.
