Default Boxster brake upgrades

I need to replace my 2001 Boxster's discs, but want to upgrade when doing it for occasional track days. Are the Boxster S ventilated discs a simple swap, or do they need a caliper change too? I have 18 inch wheels, so clearance is not an issue. Otherwise, any suggestions for a good aftermarket source? (And I don't mean the $3,500 Brembo option!)
thanks

I bought some rotors off of ebay and they were pretty cheap, they warped after a few months, then I found LUK Schaffer Brake rotors on sports brake rotors and I have couldn’t be happier. I got a set of BLACK XD Brakes and installed them on my Porsche Boxster and they're simply amazing.
