Default 944 no start issue... but more!

I've been looking over the multiple "no start" threads on the 944 forums... most say the same things:

I've narrowed it down to my position reference sensor... as my tach is not even slightly moving when I crank the engine.

but here's the problem at hand... I got the speed sensor out with minimalyelling... but the position reference sensor is siezed.

tried penetrating lubricants, tried lightlytwistingwith pliers to break it free... but it's not budging! any ideas to get this thing out of there?
thanks in advance

You will have to remove the bracket that holds it in place, sometimes the sensor will get a slight bend in it and it will not come out unless you cut it off where the bend is.
