I am a military brat I bought a special edition signed and all Porsche 924 1981 but sadly could not afford to ship it over seas so I decided to put it in a storage unit and it has been in there for 3 years I changed the oil and put new gas in it changed the spark plugs what my problem is is that it cranks and starts occasionally but once it drops below 1500 rpms it shutters out and dies any comments on what the problem could be would much appreciated.
