Ok, all I have a 03 996TT and I'm going to replace the factory NAV with an AVIC-Z3. I pulled out the dash and the factory nav, I noticed that there is NO FM antenna back there. Am I missing something? It appears that the previous owner had an aftermarket stereo in there before and reinstalled the factory system when trading it in. But I cannot for the life of me find a german FM antenna wire back there. Yet when I plugged the nav antenna back in I got FM reception again. ??? Is the FM antenna somehow incorporated with the NAV antenna or is there a separate FM antenna if so where does it originate so maybe i can trace it from where it originates? Has anyone replaced a factory NAv on a 03 996tt with an aftermarket one here? Any pointers? also where is the factory bose amp located? and can anyone tell me where the speed sense wire is and what color it is? Oh and can I splice in inputs at the factory amp with the MOST system? sorry about all the questions. Pics would really help too if anyone has any. Thanks Ry
