It seems as though dealers are more than reluctant to lower the price on the 997. I am looking at ordering a 2006 997 and the lowest price that I seem to be able to find is a mere $2000 below MSRP. I will be ordering this Porsche void of any options and will only be opting for silver paint. This will be a standard 997 and not the S. Is $2000 below good? I hear that I should be getting a bit more if not double or more than that. Thanks guys, I hope my post was not too newbish.
