Hey guys, there is ALWAYS a faster car out there somewhere. Either of this cars is a great car, but neither is the fastest "production" car out there--spend a million $ and you can outrun any half million dollar car, etc., and then beyond that there are tuner cars (like my vette) that will stomp either, and beyond that there are tuner exotics, that will stomp mine, and then there are customs that are unbelieveable, I know, I lost $12k in a bet on a race with a rather normal looking Toyota Supra with 1100 RWHP and did the quarter mile in the low nines, nearly a second faster than my vette. That's why, overall, I think owning cars because they are the latest fastest thing is just not do-able -- by the time your car is delivered something else is faster. That's why I'm going to concentrate on really cool older cars -- for example an early 50s Cisitalia 2-liter V8 coupe. Top speed of maybe 115 mph, but very very interesting: a 2-liter V8!
