Audi drivers, where are you?

No Audi drivers here? It is still a european vehicle, don't let it be a step child. :)

I've owned a number of Audis - my last was an '04 S4. I liked all of them but learned one thing, always lease them and only for the duration of the warranty: every one of mine was giving signs of serious problems as the end of warranty arrived.

Yes having done a lot of work on audis, I would NEVER EVER own one out of warranty.

Luckily I've had success with my cars after the warranty period. I had a Honda Prelude for 8 years and I didn't have any issues, but that is a different make. I hope I get similar luck. Even if you keep up with the maintenance, you can still have issues. I have 5,000 miles left to go until warranty is up. Is it worth getting extended warranty? What do you guys think?

I saw a red RS4 on the highway this weekend. It was super nice. I was salivating! :)
