I am trying to help a buddy with his 2000 911. The NAV DC is stuck in the nav system - hit eject, it doesn't come out and says "insert CD"... stays that way for awhile, then will try to read the cd again.

Is there a manual eject on this device somewhere?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hmmm i have never looked and I don't have a nav car handy here at the moment, but there should be a tiny hole that you can stick a paper clip in and pop the disc out.

 

Try turning off the power and then turn back on holding the eject button at the same time
