Radar in mirror
 

Just bought a 2000 C4 and it has a valentine looking display in the mirror. There is a small power knob at the bottom of the center console. There is no function when I turn knob. Does anyone know where to find info on this system?

There are some mirrors out there with V1's integrated into them. Not sure on the knob though. Is it a volume knob, or does it have 3-4 settings. If it has just a couple of click settings, that sounds like a K40 setup.

Thank you for the response. I am sure the knob is power/volume. Any idea who makes these so I could get more info?

Maybe the person who sold the car kept the electronics but left what you see.

If there are 3 arrows stacked-one pointing up and one pointing down with the middle one showing L/R arrowsin the mirrow-it's a V1 Valentine set-up.

Ido not know what the K40's displays look like.

A good high end car stsrero shop in your area could tell you and maybe add the electronics back.
