Porsche Forum - Porsche Enthusiast Forums - 83 928s Advice, please help

I recently inherited a 1983 928s with a 5 speed manual transmission. Although the car looks good it needs new tires, tune up, all the oil, fluids and filters must be changed (oil, transmission and rear to name a few), fuel system must be cleaned out due to old gas, lube, new battery, new brakes...then diagnostic and correct the short in the electrical system which may include a generator/alternator.
Also, fix the leather on the rear glove compartment, pistons that hold up the rear hatch, front hood, and front cracked spoiler. Someone offered me $3,000 for it. Is that too low of a price? PLEASE ADVISE. Thank you in advance.
