966 oil pressure
 

I am brand new to this forum and I have a question. I have a 2001 Carrera and have recently notice a sudden and dramatic change in the oil pressure guage. 2 days ago the read out was almost always a 5 bar and now it fluctuates at warm temp from 1,5 bar idle to 4.5 bar at over 3000 rpm. What could be causing this problem? The car has 80,000 miles and is full of oil??? Please help as I really don't want to screw up my baby!
