Adding Fuel stabilizer to gas

My 2010 Boxster S will be in my garage for three months while I am in Florida (Dec,Feb,Mar). The tank will be full and a neighbor will drive it about 5 miles every two weeks. Will adding the fuel stabilizer be helpful or harmful? Any advice would be welcome.
