G50 conversion
 

i was looking at getting an 89 930 turbo, because of the G50 thing, but i was wondering how hard it would be to buy an earlier with the same 3.3 litre engineyear and convert that to the G50. does it end up being cheaper that way?

You will spend around 10k to to a G50 transaxle. Not only do you have the transaxle, but you need the pedal assembly, all the hydraulics and lines, and install.
