Headliner Problem - 2001 Boxster

Anyone familiar with re-attaching the headliner at the front? Mine has come loose. I have tried re-attaching from the inside, but feel as though I could get better leverage if I could get to it from above (i.e., by removing the cloth top). Yikes!
