satellite radio for my 01 Porsche Trubo

Does anyone know where I can find a used Porsche radio with satellite to fit in the dash of my 01 turbo. I am not liking the aftermarket units.

My friends have told me once about that satellite radio..
and at first, I didn't believe in him..and until I have already
took a look at it, on the web..and wow..it really exist.
