Has anyone install a Double din Nav in a 2001 Porsche 911 turbo? Its has the Speakers in the Door, Dash and rear panels. And has the single din radio. But also has the cup holders on top of the radio. If removed can a double din be installed?

 

Yes, I have done quite a few. You can move the AC controls down below, remove the cup holders and install it there. You can also install it down below in front of the gear shifter, but it is a little more work to fish the wires down there.

 

 

Your a super HELP! .. Only thing is the a/c controls are not up by the radio. Just cup holder. But it looks like it will work to me. Thanks! for your time. Just wire everything in like normal, you will keep all your stock components.

 

Ok that all go and all. But it looks like the speakers leads are low level wires? Do i need to wire up some RCA to it and use the Rca outputs off the radio?
