blue smoke out of an '06 C4S
 

For the past six months, there is enough blue smoke to fill a double garage upon start up.
The dealer twice checked out the engine and oil separator and all was normal including oil consumption. Repeated start ups are ok, unless the car sits for a few hours.
The dealer can't figure it out.
Any ideas? High engine revs, highway driving, nothing has worked to rectify it.

Some smoke is obviously normal on a horizontal motor, especially when it sits. Seems like "filling" a garage with smoke is a bit excessive though. Did they replace the OAS, or did they say they just checked it?

I'm not sure how you test an OAS without cutting it open and looking at the diaphragm. I might be wrong, but that is where my money would ride.
