location of ECU computer, 03 Box S ?

I need to find out the exact location of the ECU computer on a 2003 Boxster S to do a chip upgrade for JET. The dealer won't tell me the location. JET suggested trying a forum. If you know where it is and what it looks like please reply!!! thanks. tom

In the trunk, pull the carpet back at the forward part of the trunk. It is hidden under there.

Thats the rear trunk, not the front one.
