Default Please help !

Hi,I would be gratefull if you can tip me off,as towhatthe problem is on my 01 Boxster s ..a couple of days ago my tickover became iratic,then last night on the way home I lost power, just managed to limp home... I would be gratefull if you can advise me what may be wrong .. Regards Simon

I guess I don't understand what you mean by tickover. Do you have any CEL lights on?

I ment when the car is running ,the Idleor revs going up and down .. no lights up though .. and since I lost the power,when I press the gas pedal very little responce hope I've explaind it a bit better .regards simon

Sounds like a huge intake leak. I wonder if one of the intake pipes came loose on top of the engine.
