Dream house for sure, without a doubt!!! I'm a big car lover as well, but think about it, where do you spend more time in your car or house? And if the value of something means anything to you, the house is a better investment. It will take 75-100 years for the house to be a pile of junk, it will take 15 years for the car to be a pile of junk. :)
