87 930 Engine Shuts Down

I'm a new porsche owner, I bought a 87 930 and have some questions. If anyone could help i would appreciate it. Car has 65,000 miles and is well-cared for. Driving it home, it happened three times, at about 65 miles per hour the engine shuts off, I think the fuel shuts off. For about 10 seconds and before the car stops rolling the engine starts again.

Another question is when the car is idiling and I rev it up, it revs slowly and is this normal? And when i turn the key off it diesels a little. Could this be timing?

Also, how much would a K 27 Turbo improve performance of this car?
Thank you please reply if you have any answers.

The first thing I would check would be fuel filter . Clyde
