You might try at the dealership. I don't know Porsche's current policy of selling factory service manuals - many brands will permit their dealerships to sell manuals for current and recent models but some brands (like Aston Martin) won't. Regardless, if it is an older model they will not have it.

Usually there are several ads for older model factory service manuals in Panorama, the magazine published by the Porsche Club of America. Several companies that buy old and classic books list the Porsche related manuals and service books they have, but its kind of catch as catch can -- usually you can eventually find something close to what you want by watching monthly.
