Set Signtaure rule using Sigsync Office 365 Email Signature
Some times an organization may require to send signature only to specific departments. In this situation organization need to set some rules. Sigsync office 365 email signature allows to set signature rules.
- You can send the signature to internal or external or both internal and external organization.
- You can add or don't add signature based on senders.
- You can add signature based on email subject
- You can add signature based on Email body
- You can add signature based on rule execution flow.
