Hi Rivolta, first of all may I welcome you to the forum. Secondly, what exactly is this car, a Porsche, Volkswagon or something else? And thirdly, have you got a larger picture of it, as it's very hard to see in this picture?

This a Porsche 100% and not a Vopo or Ghia.
The Porsche Gloeckler Coupe is a one off car with a 4cam carrera engine.
It could be in Europe somewhere, Germany or Switserland.

I'll post some more photos later and increase size.

On Mai 11.2008 one of only 5 Gloeckler Porsches with Hard Top was Auctioned off at the R M Auction in Arizona for $ 555.000.00 , it did not had the Original Engine and some of the Body Panels did not seem Originals . All Bodies of Gloeckler Porsches where build by Weidenhausen Body Works across the Street from the Gloeckler Dealership . One of the early Gloeckler Roadsters , in the early 50 , was sold to Max Hoffman in New York who raced it a few times , nobody knows where this car is today . Some of the others are in Private Hands and some have bee restored .
