Hello all, new poster here,:confused:
I recently purchased a 911/912 rack & pinion steering unit from an eBay seller for a hammerhead trike project. The two steering rods have male threaded ends. Any tie rod ends I have seen also have male threaded ends. Am I missing something more than just the tie rod ends? Some clear pictures or drawings would be appreciated.

A good portion of racks have male threads, that accept a female tie rod assembly. Do you know what year and model the rack came from?

Yes, came off a 1967 912. I believe I am looking for a tie rod assembly i/e (threaded adjustment sleeve and tie rod)
