Beware of FAST FORWARD WHEELS
 

I know this is my first post(I post on BMW forums),but I want people to know and be aware of Fast Forward Wheel repair out of Alhambra,Ca.I paid $800 to have 4 wheels powdercoated(OK job) and have two cracked wheels repaired.I have sent the 2 wheeels back 2x already and they have come back not even touched.Eli will answer his phone but he will only return emails(I quess better than nothing).His company( I found out later) farms everything out and he does not perform any quality checks whatsoever.Now he tells me I have to pay for shipping,but this will be the third time I have sent him my wheels.Can I sue his in small claims form Marin or do I have to go to LA?Thanks
