356 1960 B just found
 

I am new to the forum but have several interest cars including a 1886 restored 944. I was pulling 1 of 3 Triumph TR-3 out of abuilding when a guy walks up and strikes up a conversation. "Want another project? And are you a Porsche guy?". He parked a 1960 356 in a building 25 years ago along with a VW Thing. He now is ready to sell it. I saw it in the dark. Complete (no sun roof) asking $9,000. I guess there are not a lot of finds out there and price seems reasonable based on what I see on the net. I am in the middle of 2 restoratiosn now (TR-3 and 66 Mustang) so I would buy this thing. Check for safety and drive it like it is for a year of two. Any word so of wisdo, from you folks who know a lot more about 356's than I do?
