1986 targa value

I'm 17 and I bought a 1986 Porsche Targa for my first car, from a friend. I funded it myself and all. However I'm starting to see the fact that if I keep it, I will dump way to much money into it thru modifications and repairs.
The good:
engine still strong and runs good
original paint still in satisfactory condition
never wrecked
new brake pads
oil changes every 5k with fully synthetic mobil 1
sport seats w/ short shifter from factory
chipped
dansk muffler
cat/bypass from fabspeed
ducktail
electric seats, windows still work. all electrics still work actually, also all lights work
vavles were just adjusted
new tires
The bad:
260,000 miles =P lol
needs a few new bushing in tranny and definatly a new synchro for 1st, 2nd, and reverse
drilled a few holes in floorboard (we had some really bad storms and I couldnt fix the leaks in time so I drilled a couple descrete holes to drain water which would collect while I was at school)
leaks through windshield in 2 places
cracks which look like many tiny scracthes are in the paint form porsche
ducktail and hood were repainted by yours truly and are a slightly different color then the rest of the car
Other:
oh right 3.2l none turbo motor :P
stripped out for racing, so no carpeting the metal on floorboards was painted black
stripped out arm rests
stripped out sun visors
stripped out back seats
stripped out center concel (still has hazard button, was moved to cd deck spot)
stripped out radio and speakers
stripped out a/c
stripped out sound insulation
thats all I can think of for now, I will try to get some pictures up tomorrow of the interior, but here is some of the outside... oh and by the way... I bought it for $9999 2 years ago, have put about 30k miles on it since then. If I could get 9k for it I would be thrilled, but i'm not sure what it's worth with 260k miles and stripped out like it is..

Yup, with that mileage, the motor needs to be gone through in regards to the bearings and definitely the heads.
