Default 2001 911 ignition switch

Is it possible to replace a bad ignition switch yourself or do you have to go to the dealer? How easy is it?

Thanks

About 10 minutes to swap the switch. You can do it from underneath the dash, remove the air duct for more access. 2 small screws, it takes a very small thin screwdriver bit.
