This is very interesting.

Makes me think of the first cell phone I saw: it cost $1200, was the size and weight of a brick, and only operated for about 45 minutes on an 8 hour battery charge. It was hard to understand why anyone would want one.

I imagine Teslas and other EVs will improve about like that.
