993 Air Conditioning Recharge

How long does this process take at the shop? My shop is quote me 1.5 hours for labor plus $18 per pound of recharge, max 3 pounds. Any insight is appreciated. It's going to be 110 in palm springs tomorrow and I have a meeting there, so I NEED the recharge! Thanks!
