Default 996 Turbo AirConditioning

Has anyone got experience driving a cabrio in the tropics, specifically whether the AC's in a 996 Turbo are sufficient for this type of heat? I'm looking at a black cabrio for use in the tropics (+30oC,90% humidity). If I load the kids in back, I fear we will all cook on that Sunday drive? Look forward to feedback.

The A/C will keep you cool enough, but the sun beating down on an open cockpit will be the major issue.

Realising the open cab is only good for the moonlight cruise or morning trip to the hills. My concern was the sun bleating down on the black soft top. Thanks.
