Default Brake Pads Replacement-88 Porsche

This will be my first attempt to change the rear brake pads on my 88 Porsche and I am looking for suggestions on how to do it. Are there anythings that I should be aware of so that I don't make a fool of myself? Would appreciate your help. Thanks.
Fred
