Default Buying a 2003 911 tomorrow...

with 7,000 miles on it. I called the dealership to confirm the service record etc, and they mentioned that the car was due for maintenance (even only with 7k miles). He rattled off a list of about 6 things, including replacing the brake fluid, all for a cost of about $600. Does this make sense for a car with only 7k miles on it? Thanks for any feedback.
