Help problem already

Hello everyone, I have a problem was wondering if anyone could shed some insight. I have a 03 996TT EVO GT700, just purchased it not long ago and everything was great up until about 2 hours ago. Car ran great smooth not hesitation or knocking or bogging down...nothing. I drove over to my parents house and picked my brother up for his first ride, I pulled out of the drive way rolled to about 5-10mph gave it some throttle all the way up then off the gas, didn't even shift into 2nd. I pushed in the clutch because the end of the street was near and the engine drops RPM and stalls. ??? I start it up and it gives a really rough idle, I try to throttle a little in neutral and it boggs down and stalls. I start it again and let it idle for a little bit then it seems to settle down, I push in the clutch and start to give it some throttle it revs up a little I let the clutch out to about friction point then it boggs down and stalls. This time the display flashes "oil pressure too low" or something to that effect and then the check engine light comes on. After a minute or so I start it again and SLOWLY give it throttle and it climbs so I let out the clutch and I get going a little way in first climb up to about 3500-4000 rpm and shift to 2nd give it throttle and it stalls. Oil level is fine (one bar down).

Well I limped back to my parents house which all of this took place within 1/8 mile of there house. And it has just been awful, I let it cool down hoping time would correct just to see and it idles fine maybe a little up and down now, but as soon as you let a clutch out in reverse, 1st whatever it will stall or want to.

ANY IDEA WTH could be going on? Nothing happened on the drive over from my house to my parents, everything was good. I picked up my brother and gave it some throttle, not floored or anything but definitely enough to set you back and then nothing but problems ever since. Has anyone heard of anything like this and is there a remedy for it?

Please help!

RE: Help problem already

Something similar happened to me last year minus the oil pressure warining light. Since it's not stalling at idle and only at acceleration, it is possible for the problem to be the mass air flow sensor, or its connector, or the wiring into or out of the connector.

Good question for Doc.

Check all your intercooler hose connections. Then get the code read down and let me know what it is.
