I need help pricing my late stepdads 1968 911 please

Hello all. Sadly my stepdad passed away on 4/11/11. He had a 1968, 911 that was his baby. While we love the car, my mom and I do not know how to maintain it, plus to be honest we could use the money.

The car has been impeccably maintained up until last couple years when my stepdad fell ill. There is a parts engine that goes with it. There are 2 hood emblems, and possibly other interior stuff as well. Right now the hood has no emblem.

I have no clue how to price it, and am hoping you all can help me. I will get photos of it hopefully later today. Thanks in advance!

ETA He also had a 1972 VW pop top bus that we need to sell as well, maybe someone here knows something about them also?

I am sorry for your loss. As you can see I am new to this board (just found it today) but have been around other forums for years. I would highly recommend that you get an appraisal of the car before you take any offers. I would give John Walker a call. He is in Seattle (about 4.5 hours north of you). He is very honest and could certainly give you some direction as to getting a proper appraisal. He may also be able to recommend someone closer to you. He is truly "The" guy in that part of the country. I know they frown on posts by new people with links so I will just post his contact info. Give him a call.
