Angry Need help! Fraudulent porsche certified 911

I purchased a porsche certified used 911 from a PORSCHE DEALER IN CA 1 year ago. I only put a couple thousand miles on it in the past year. I Live in PA. I took the car to a local porsche dealer to consider a trade. They inspect my car and discover that the 1/2 of the car has been repainted! They also tell me that they cannot take this car, b/c the car cannot be sold as certifed b/c of the amt. of paint over is more than 2 sides. I was never informed of this repainting. I specifically bought a certified car so I did not have to worry about getting a "problem." I contacted the dealer in CA and demanded my $$ back. I was sold a certified car with a supposedly clean carfax that was repainted, which I heard, should not have been allowed to be sold as a "certified car". I also notified Porsche of North America. Does anyone have any more info, or rules of a certified car that I can demand pay back?

Don't trade it in sell it private as is. Other than suing the dealer you bought the car from what else can you do. Going back after a year is a long time. Let me know what happened
