So I recently got a job where Im making a little money and have fallen in love with the 930 series. Looking through ebay I see em going for anywhere from 15,000 to 60,000. What should I be expecting to pay. What kind of maintenance issues do they have? what should I look for in a good solid 930? Im not really interested in the slantnose unless I get a good deal on it as they seem to command a higher price. What would insurance be for a 22 year old with a clean record? What are som good internet resources that I can check out to get more information?

Expect to pay over 30k unless you want a basketcase.

 

I have a 1986 930 for sale with 23.6k miles, perfect condition, regularly maintained by porsche professionals. In fact it was just checked out last Wednesday and the techs were amazed at the condition of the car inside, out, and under the hood.

 

How much are you looking to get for it? where are you located? I dont care how far away you are if I'm buying, im driving it back.
