Default My 2002 Carrera is smoking

Haven't driven the car in a few months and when I fired it up, it started smoking like something from a James Bond smoke screen. Shut the car off, and checked the oil and now there's water in the oil. I was told it could be the air/oil separator. Does anybody know? If so, where is the air/oil separator and how hard is it to replace?
