Default Tire Pressures

I can't find what the recommended tire pressures are for the tires on my 996 can anyone help.

Fronts are 225/40ZR18's and the rears are 265/35ZR18's

Thanks in advance, Bob

Usually for street driving, I set tires to 32 front 34 rear.

Great thanks... The carrier had just dropped off the car this AM (6AM) and they looked low and I put them to just about what you said. Later this afternoon, awhile going through some of my brothers paper work I found in the car, I found a note that said frt tires 39, rear tires 47 but that seemed high and maybe was for when he autocrossed it. My niece is coming in Sunday and has the owners manaul and other paperwork so that will help me understand everything a little better and ask less dumb questions. ;-)

I have 18's on my 2002 996, the manual states 36 front and 44 rear. It gives a pretty hard ride on rough roads by I would think the tires would wear pretty unevenly with lower pressure especially on the rears.
