Trouble with an '86 911 carrera
Hey, I was seein if anyone could give me a little advice on my car. I've been having trouble starting it for a few months, so I changed out the spark plugs and fuel filter. That seemed to do the trick, but a day later the car wouldn't start again. so from there i switched out the DME relay. That seemed to work, for a day or so, and then the car again wouldn't start. I took the computer out, took a compressed air can and cleaned it off a bit and put it back in and now the car seems to be driving alright. I know that the before i messed with the computer both the computer and the injectors had power but the injectors weren't firing. now everything seems to be working, which makes me think the computer's messed up. If anyone has any idea what else i should be looking at, i would greatly appreciate it. Im not too sure how long blowing on the computer is gonna work.
