why not have a 997 section?

Mercedes Benz forum has sub sections for newer/older models.
Why not have a 997 section as these owners may have a lot in common to discuss...

RE: why not have a 997 section?

Because then we would have to have a 911 forum, a 930 forum, a 911SC forum, a 911 Carrera forum, a 964 forum, a 965 forum, a 993 forum, a 993TT forum, a 996 forum, a 996TT forum, a 997 forum, a 997TT forum. Then the small site would look even smaller....... I am pretty sure you will get the same advice in the 911 forum as we will give you in the 997 forum, lol.

RE: why not have a 997 section?

True enough PorscheDr. But why not? If you check out the Mercedes Forums (MBworld.orgForums) they have a section for each car. It seems a lot more relevant to discuss a car of specific interest with those that have the same car...
Not to be critical or anything of this forum, as it is still excellent as it is...
good job and good dedication...
I appreciate even being able to read it so don't get me wrong...

I think it's a great idea. 964, 930, 993, 996, 997. It would be easier to sort through some information with a search function too...

Maybe a separate section for air-cooled and watercooled would do.
